About Robolabs

At Robolabs, we’re building the future of human-machine collaboration. Our mission is to design smart, interactive robots that serve real-world needs, whether it’s welcoming guests at an event, helping with logistics in a healthcare facility, or engaging learners in a classroom.

We focus on:

  • Service Robots: Friendly, intelligent robots for reception, education, and healthcare
  • Autonomous Platforms: Self-driving and remotely operated systems for logistics, mobility, and on-site automation

Role Overview:

As we expand into new regions, we’re looking for a Business Development Intern who understands the world we’re building for. If you come from a background in Microbiology, Public Health, Epidemiology, Nursing, Medicine, or Infection Control, and you want to have a strong foundation of the commercial side, this is for you!

You’ll be working closely with our Business Development Lead to run outreach campaigns, identify ideal partners, and make sure our message is relevant and grounded in real-world needs.

This role is a great fit for someone curious about innovation, interested in how robotics can be used in healthcare and public health, and excited to learn how business and tech come together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify potential clients in healthcare, public health, and life sciences
  • Support outbound campaigns and strategic outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Help tailor messaging and proposals for hospitals, health organizations, and institutions
  • Assist in preparing presentations, pitch materials, and reports
  • Keep CRM and campaign tools updated and organized
  • Join client meetings and take part in early discussions
  • Stay informed on how robotics is evolving in your field—so we stay ahead too

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need a background in business, but you do need a passion for where tech meets healthcare. We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are a student or recent graduate in Microbiology, Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, Epidemiology, Environmental Health, Infection Control, or similar fields
  • Are curious about how robotics can solve real problems in your field
  • Have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
  • Bonus points if you’ve ever worked on outreach, presentations, or advocacy projects

What You’ll Gain

  • First-hand experience with business development in a tech startup
  • A chance to apply your scientific or medical background in a new, meaningful way
  • Mentorship from a team that values your perspective
  • Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation
  • Flexible working schedule, fully remote
  • Potential for extension or a long-term role if it’s the right fit
